Again another early morning, this time to catch the train into Cardona to meet up with our tour to Lake Como, Lugano (Switzerland) and into Bellaggio to meet up with George and Alma. Missed them by a week.
Once in Lugano we had about two hours to look around and grab a coffee and some chocolate, they say Swiss chocolates are the best. Then all chocolate must come from there as it all tastes good.
The interesting part of the train travel from London, France and Italy is they don't check your passport, l can see how easy it is for the illegal immigrants to move around so freely.
Anyway back on the subject, it was a beautiful town and thought l saw Roger Federer hitting a few balls on one of the courts but found out that it was some guy named wodger. 😂

Anyway, out of Switzerland and back to Italy for our ferry over to Bellaggio.
This place is absolutely beautiful, you can see why George has a property here. But the bloody tourists are like flies.
After having lunch with the wasps and a look around we got back on the ferry for our Lake Como tour.
Oh, we were standing in Lugano when this woman started screaming like a mad woman and it turned out to be a woman Gabriella works with, small world.

If only Rootney the tight arse would buy me a nice piece of jewellery.
Still looking and waiting.
Even the dogs pick up there own poo. Now who's the master.
George's small holiday house.
Back in Milano.
Final comments on Milan: I think that I had thought that Milan would be less interesting than some other destinations but, surprisingly,we were pleasantly surprised. It's a nice city with again lots of fashion shops, again all out of Gabby's price range, bargain basement simply does not exist. The Duomo was impressive as was the general architecture. The trip out of Milan to Como, Lugano and Bellagio made the two days very worthwhile. Tomorrow we catch a train to Venice
